Our client, a property real estate company, is seeking an administrator for a busy accounts team. This role, based in Dublin City, is for a short-term assignment of 2 – 4 weeks with an immediate start. The successful candidate will be required to:
1. Filter and sort through invoices
2. Update invoices to the in-house system
3. Update MS Excel with client and billing information
4. Respond to general queries
5. Liase with departments for query escalation and resolution
6. Perform data entry
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Strong administration experience
2. Previous accounts or finance experience (an advantage)
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
4. Availability for immediate start
5. Excellent communication skills
