Bid Coordinator – Commercial Construction – Hyper-scale Data Centre Project
We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our team. This role represents a great opportunity for an individual to secure their next role in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the prequalification and tender submission process, including communication and coordination of activities across the firm.
* Prepare content for submission documents, based on existing precedents or original drafting.
* Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visual supports for inclusion as necessary.
* Post-submission, review and learn from the submission process to continuously improve processes and submissions.
* Maintain a centralized repository of proposal content, templates, and case studies.
* Stay up to date with proposal management tools and technologies to optimize efficiency and enhance the quality of proposals.
Key Requirements:
* 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a CSA / MEP, construction, or engineering environment.
* Excellent written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work to deadlines and project demands to meet business needs.
* Manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure to a high standard.
* Attention to detail even when working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
* Ability to effectively engage with diverse teams of senior individuals.
* Ability to work on own initiative, proactive, and committed to assignment completion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) is essential.
* Proficiency in InDesign is desirable but not essential.
