Operations Project Manager
A Little Bit About The Role And Team
Working with our clients, the Operations Project Manager leads projects from concept to completion, providing the direction and control required to do this. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, the Project Manager is the key communicator on the status, risks and challenges of all the project deliverables, inclusive of budget and resource.

The ideal candidate will be a strong strategic thinker, with an agency background. You are someone who likes to work in close collaboration with clients and brands. A passion for producing engaging and business-driven creative across a fully integrated channel mix is a must.
What You Will Be Doing In Your Role
* Scoping, planning and specification of projects
* Take overall responsibility for your team’s project governance, ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standard for marketing communication channels
* Providing support to the team to create and manage master documentation
* Support in organisation of cross-departmental meetings for consultation on workflow and process optimisation
* Effectively monitoring progress and profitability, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget.
* Maintain and support the client’s brand guidelines and standards as specified and manage the quality control across all offices
* Develop consultative relationships with key marketing technology and operations clients.
* Develop and effectively maintain excellent working relationships with the Client Services team to deliver projects on brief
* Working with multiple teams and managing a team of 5
* Implementing best practice from a scheduling & capacity planning perspective to ensure there is a global available view of capacity at any point in time
* Ensuring all team members have an online schedule that they work to so they know the assigned projects
* Work across multiple clients, ensuring allocated designers are brand immersed
* When necessary work with our global clients on tasks related to operational delivery and operational efficiencies with support of the wider OLIVER operations teams
What Skills Will Help You Be Successful
* The ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality work that is on time and within budget.
* The ability to parachute into situations, assess them and make quick beneficial decisions
* The ability to be the operational “connector” between all teams currently working at OLIVER. Liaising between them all to help drive operational consistency and excellence.
* Being able to define best practice and creative processing.
* Understanding of the importance of prioritising work/shifting priorities as required to meet ever-changing deadlines.
* Understanding of production workflow and delivery
* Highly entrepreneurial and willing to refine the key skills for running a business.
* Highly organised with a proven ability to multi-task
* Creative, digitally and technically-minded in nature - we don’t expect you to know how to code or expect you to come up with the next big idea, but you must be comfortable understanding the world in which these disciplines operate.
* Knowledge of Project Management methodologies including agile or six sigma
* 5+ years of Capacity Management and Resource Management experience.
* 8+ years of client facing experience where you are often the most senior member of the agency.
* Commercially astute with 8+ years of both contract and financial experience.
* 3-5 years of people management experience.
* Clear and concise communicator, to all levels of stakeholders both with clients and with OLIVER.
