Our client, a global recruiter platform, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Intelligence Assistant to support their sales team through effective lead prospecting, data management, and internal systems maintenance on a 12-month temporary contract.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads and maintaining Salesforce organized and up-to-date.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in sales operations, and Salesforce.
Fluency in Italian is required, with Spanish as a preferred additional language.
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland, and is a hybrid position, requiring Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Prospecting & Generation: Identify and research potential leads through online sources, social media, industry events, and internal tools.
Develop and execute strategies to build a robust lead pipeline.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with ongoing campaigns.
Lead Qualification & Enhancement:
Evaluate and qualify incoming leads to ensure alignment with sales criteria.
Gather additional insights to enhance lead quality and support sales efforts.
Implement lead scoring and prioritization techniques.
Current Lead Tank and Maintenance/Update:
Maintain and update internal system (Salesforce) with accurate and up-to-date lead information.
Regularly clean and organize the lead database to eliminate duplicates and outdated records.
Generate reports and insights on lead status, pipeline health, and data quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1 year experience in business development or business intelligence.
Language:
Fluency in Italian (mandatory); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent research and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Good knowledge of Salesforce.
Tools:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
