Senior HR Business Partner
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resource team at Marsh McLennan in Ireland.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Reporting to the European Delivery and Integration Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of comprehensive Human Resource services in a successful and growing organization.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role within the People Function and will support our businesses across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deploy enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives.
* Provide guidance and support to Managers across the full range of activities in the HR portfolio, including performance management, skills and competence development and learning, succession planning, absent/leave management, change management, organizational effectiveness, compensation, benefits and total rewards.
* Support employee relations matters, including investigations, performance improvement processes, disciplinary actions, grievances, appeals etc.
* Cultivate strong relationships with functional teams and support the alignment between the people and business strategies.
The Senior HR Business Partner will also be key to the deployment and adoption of new processes or initiatives which are aimed at People Managers.
You will need to understand and reflect the local market perspective whilst respecting the value of enterprise-wide alignment where appropriate.
Requirements:
* Relevant work experience in HR alongside a requirement for suitable qualifications.
* Client management skills.
* Effective communications and change management skills.
* A previous experience in Total Rewards/Compensation and Benefits would be a strong plus.
* Thorough understanding of Irish Employment Law and Regulations.
* Experience in supporting managers with employee relations case management including investigations.
The role will allow a grade of autonomy and international exposure and will provide an opportunity to learn and grow.
This opportunity is a 12 month fixed-term contract initially.
