Within this role you will be responsible for the Benefits Program data and analytics. You will manage reporting requirements within HR and other Regeneron departments such as Payroll and Finance. As the Total Rewards Coordinator you will be the lead for arranging and coordinating Wellbeing and Benefits activities and events.As a Temp Total Rewards Coordinator, a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:Acts as an SME for employees for Benefits queries ensuring quick turnaround times and a positive client experiencePreparing reporting, data analysis and documentationLeave of Absence administrationPurchase Order managementContributing to the development and documentation of procedures to streamline the Benefits processesAssisting with various Total Rewards projects such as the Benefits Program and Wellbeing offeringsMaintaining accurate Total Rewards and organisation data and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsThis role might be for you if:You have excellent written and verbal communication skillsYou demonstrate knowledge of planning \ hosting employee engagement eventsYou are team oriented and demonstrate an ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersYou are proficient in MS Office specifically creating and analysing reports and large data sets in Microsoft ExcelTo be considered for this opportunity you should have a Bachelor’s degree with up to 1 year of relevant experience with knowledge of effective organization delivery.#IRELIM #LI-Onsite #JOBSIESTDoes this sound like you?
