Role Overview
Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd (HRS) is currently seeking a skilled Turnover Engineer to become an integral part of a pioneering Greenfield biopharmaceutical project in the Dublin area. As a Turnover Engineer, you will play a crucial role in steering the project towards operational readiness, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Acting as the Package Owner for process gases storage & distribution, autoclaves, parts washers, and wave bioreactors.
2. Managing all change requests and maintaining an up-to-date set of redline P&IDs for both process and HVAC systems.
3. Performing slope and installation verification, as well as P&ID walkdowns, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
4. Leading punch closure and verification, reviewing pressure test & passivation documentation, and overseeing tagging & insulation verification.
5. Compiling System Mechanical Completion (SMC) documentation and actively participating in safety walks with construction and HSE teams.
Role Requirements
1. A relevant degree in an engineering discipline.
2. Proven experience in managing complex projects within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with mechanical and HVAC systems, including verification and documentation processes.
