Change Management Director
Our client is a global strategic transformation programme across all aspects of its business with a view to providing an enhanced offering to clients in this new digital world.
This change transformation programme aims to improve efficiencies, processes, effectiveness & value add to the business while providing clients with a greater customer journey. We are looking to focus on standardisation, automation, and working smarter to achieve a consistently positive client experience across the regions.
We are seeking interested candidates with experience in a global organisation, strategic transformation initiatives, and strong implementation of change management processes. Candidates should be comfortable in a hands-on role, understanding how people experience change, ensuring change is embraced, bringing people and executives on the journey, and demonstrating what 'good' looks like – real value add, enhancing client experience/customer journey, organisational design and change, target operating models, efficiencies/effectiveness, scalability, coaching/training, and adoption.
Responsibilities include:
* Create a change management strategy considering the impact on organizational change.
* Advance, execute, and update plans to manage change across the global company.
* Guide and coach SLT on leading through change within a global company.
* Evaluate organizational change awareness, willingness, and readiness.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Define success metrics and evaluate the impact of changes on different areas of the business and the effectiveness of this transformation.
