Due to expansion of our ever growing hire fleet, we are looking for a member for our hire team. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills to thrive in our dynamic and demanding work environment. They must consistently demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing error-free work under pressure.

OFFICE BASED JOB - REMOTE WORKING NOT AN OPTION
* Excellent customer service / phone communication skills, both written and spoken English is a pre-requisite for this role.
* Good level of experience in Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Knowledge of the hire business or similar business.
* Self-starter & uses initiative.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Team player is essential as this role will be working as part of a team.
Daily Duties
* Assisting with Credit Control and Creditors - experience necessary.
* Assisting with daily phone and email support to the hire department, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
* Effectively employing our in-house hire systems to optimize hiring procedures, enhance efficiency, and ensure a smooth-running and productive hire department.
* Other administrative duties that may be required.
To be considered for this position, applicants will meet the following requirements:
* Minimum 3 years office administration experience.
* Must be resident in Ireland and have a valid work permit.
* Strong IT skills, excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Excellent phone manner and spoken English is a pre-requisite for this role.
* Prior experience in a role where you can demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
* Prior experience in either Credit Control or Creditors or both.
* Possess exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy.
* Proven track record of achieving strong results.
* Be extremely detail oriented with high standards of accuracy.
* A flexible approach to work, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
* Ability to bring a task to completion.
* Fluency in English both spoken and written is a pre-requisite for this role.
* Background in the hire business or similar business.
Work Remotely: NO - this will be an office-based job.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €35,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
