The Opportunity:
As a Sales Development Representative at Qstream, your primary goal is to drive the acquisition of new logo business. You will be responsible for prospecting and nurturing leads within your assigned territory, leveraging your exceptional communication and research skills to identify potential buyers. Your key objective is to qualify prospects through discovery calls, ensuring that they align with Qstream's solutions and meet our target customer criteria. Once qualified, you will transition these leads to your dedicated Account Executive, who will further develop these relationships and close new business opportunities. Your role is instrumental in the expansion of Qstream's client base and the overall growth of our organization.
Salary Range: 30,000-40,000 Euro per annum (varies depending on experience)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Responsibilities:
1. Research and gather insights on target industries, organizations, and decision-makers to facilitate effective outreach.
2. Initiate and manage outreach campaigns, including cold calls, emails, and social media channels, to engage with prospective clients. Qualify leads by conducting your own discovery calls to evaluate prospect needs, budget, and alignment with Qstream's solutions.
3. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of Qstream's products and services.
4. Use marketing collateral and content to enhance outreach and educate prospects about Qstream's products and services.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing-generated leads, ensuring rapid and effective responses to inquiries received via various marketing channels, including email, web forms, events, and campaigns.
6. Collaborate closely with the dedicated Account Executive in your territory to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads, providing them with valuable insights, context, and comprehensive information to facilitate a smooth transition from lead to opportunity, and to further develop and close new business opportunities.
7. Data hygiene and enrichment is essential for this role – this requires clean data into Salesforce, maintaining accurate and up-to-date activity records of prospect interactions.
8. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota and targets.
Qualifications:
1. Proven success in a previous sales or customer-facing role, or a strong willingness to kickstart a sales career.
2. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficient with CRM and other sales tools.
5. Self-motivated and collaborative.
6. Skilled in objection handling.
7. Highly coachable with a strong willingness to learn.
8. Prior knowledge of B2B sales processes and best practices is a plus.
9. Passionate desire to move up within a sales organization.
