An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join a dynamic team within the recycling industry.
This is a permanent role based in Newbridge, offering the chance to contribute to impactful marketing campaigns while growing both household and commercial customer bases.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, radio, and live events.
Track and report campaign performance metrics.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales and Customer Service Teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies.
Content Creation:
Design and edit marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Digital Advertising:
Manage and optimize paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Social Media Management:
Schedule, monitor, and analyze social media posts.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow online communities.
Event Promotion:
Organize and promote live events, such as competitions, sponsorships, and trade shows, including logistics coordination and follow-up.
SEO & Website Management:
Update website content, optimize for search engines, monitor analytics, and suggest improvements.
Market Research:
Stay informed on trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all communication aligns with the brand's voice and guidelines.
Key Requirements: 23 years of experience in a marketing, sales, or advertising role.
Relevant qualification at NFQ Level 6 or higher.
Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics or Meta Insights (advantageous).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Flexibility to work across various teams and functions.
Eligibility to work in Ireland is required.
