Job Description
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding the DACH sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify new customer leads and opportunities through email, prospecting, social selling, and other tools.
* Create targeted prospect lists and personalize outreach to multiple stakeholders within key prospect accounts.
* Develop core skills and product/industry knowledge through ongoing training and mentorship.
* Set goals with mentors to gain consideration for promotion.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in English and German.
* Strong communication skills, including phone, written communication, and active listening.
* Coachability and a team player mentality.
* Attention to detail, curiosity, and strong planning skills.
* A self-starter attitude with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
