Job Description:
The Community Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting our client's community by resolving inquiries empathetically, accurately, and on time.
This position requires strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and most importantly empathy. The analyst must display a strong bias towards doing what's right and make well-balanced decisions to be an effective advocate for the community.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market language and English, cultural awareness of the market, and be extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working. They should also be passionate about ensuring a positive and safe user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues reported on their platform
* Become knowledgeable about clients' products and community standards
* Investigate and resolve reports of potentially abusive content
* Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
* Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to improve the overall user experience
* Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse
