Are you an established administrator or secretary looking for a part-time position? I am supporting a client in Glanmire on their search for someone just like you.
This is a 20 hours a week role on a permanent basis.
Working hours: 11.30am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.
This will be a varied and people-centric role and will see a typical day:
1. Providing front of house assistance regarding visitors and the various queries that arise
2. Maintaining databases and spreadsheets
3. Data entry and reporting
4. Printing, filing, and scanning
5. Taking payments and issuing receipts
6. Booking meetings and occasional calendar management
7. Liaising with service providers as well as trades/handyman
The successful candidate will have:
1. Proven experience as an office administrator, assistant, or similar role
2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (Telephonist/receptionist)
3. Excellent organizational skills
4. Familiarity with office management and basic accounting principles
5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and management software
6. An acute understanding of discretion and confidentiality
