We are hiring a HR Administrator to join the People Team, based onsite in Keelings, St. Margaret's (North County Dublin).

Purpose of the Role:
Support the colleague lifecycle and experience, providing comprehensive guidance, advice and support to all managers and staff on all aspects of Human Resources. Assist the head of people in implementing HR initiatives and projects and support the overall HR strategy.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
* Working with the people team and managers to coach and support departments in all people matters.
* Support colleague communication and wellbeing initiatives working with colleagues and committees.
* Work with the wider people team to deliver One Keelings initiatives.
* Support engagement activities including not limited to colleague forums, focus groups.
* Manage recruitment roles and new starter onboarding experience.
* Provide first line advice for managers on policy and employee relations queries.
* Responsible for updating and maintaining the people helpdesk delivering to our internal SLA.
* Proactively manage employee relations.
* Work with and analyse people data and metrics.
* Own and deliver people projects to support delivery of the overall people plan.
* Work with the Learning and Development team to deliver training needs.
* Responsible for day-to-day administration and payroll preparation.
* Ensure compliance with audits and GDPR requirements.
* Assist with the co-ordination of investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings and ensure all paperwork is retained and attend meetings where appropriate.
Key Skills & Knowledge:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS software.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Integrity - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
Education & Qualifications:
* HR qualification or working towards a HR qualification.
