The Role:
As a Graduate Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the project management team in delivering a range of construction projects, including education, leisure, and housing developments.
* Establishing strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
* Assisting in project planning, procurement, and construction processes.
* Ensuring that all project approvals and regulatory requirements are met.
* Coordinating with design teams, contractors, and external consultants.
* Participating in site progress meetings, client liaison meetings, and design coordination.
* Supporting the management of project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
The Person:
* A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (equivalent to Level 8 in the Irish NFQ).
* Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and career development.
Desirable but not essential:
* Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.
* Knowledge of Public Works Contracts.
* Site experience.
* Full driver's licence.
