Community Operations Analyst (Polish Market)
This role involves investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing clients' Terms of Use, and staying knowledgeable about client products and community standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Investigating and resolving reported issues via ticketing system
* Enforcing clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site
* Becoming and remaining knowledgeable about client's products and community standards
* Using market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions for community support
* Gathering, analyzing, and utilizing relevant data to improve user experience
* Recognizing trends and patterns and escalating issues outside company policy to the global team
* Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions

Language Skills:
* Fluent level of Polish language in oral and written communication with in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region
* Advanced level of English (C1)
Contract Details:
* Full-time, permanent contract with Covalen
* No shift rotations - fixed working schedule
* Candidates choose between Day shift (9am - 5:30pm) or Evening shift (6pm - 2am)
