We have an opportunity to join our supply chain team as an Assistant Merchandising Manager reporting to the Merchandising Manager.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Identify fulfilment, allocation and stock opportunities to improve availability and inventory productivityDeveloping a stock and open to buy planWork with merchandising team to better manage availability, inventory health, open to buy, item level forecastingSupport the development of KPIs to monitor success and progress, collect and apply learning within follow up processWork on cross functional projects as needed to support company objectivesLiaising with the Commercial Department, the Logistics Team, the Space Planning team, Stores and Distribution CentreWork with Merchandising Manager to develop long term strategy with focus on forward planningSupport development of the merchandising teamAssume full management responsibility of the Merchandising function in the absence of the Merchandising ManagerKey SkillsStrong experience in commercial & merchandisingTeam management experienceAbility to drive continuous development and improvementProject managementHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, especially ExcelOur benefits include
