We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a dynamic team and deliver high-impact projects in a payments-focused environment.
You will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities: Lead project governance, monitoring, and control to maintain project standards.
Develop and maintain project documentation, plans, and deliverables.
Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, and change control processes.
Ensure quality standards and robust testing methodologies are in place.
Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party vendors for successful delivery.
Ensure solutions are ready for production, including release and change management.
Essential Skills and Experience: Proven track record of delivering wide-ranging projects on time and within scope.
Strong understanding of the payments/cards business in financial services.
In-depth knowledge of project management processes, software development cycles, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with quality management concepts and IT operations.
Desirable Qualifications: Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ScrumMaster).
5+ years of project delivery experience in a financial services environment.
