Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the accuracy and completeness of bank reconciliations for large company operating accounts.
* Prepare and submit VAT reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
* Monitor and track fixed assets and development expenditure, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
* Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and making timely payments.
* Assist with month-end group reporting, providing insights and analysis to stakeholders.
* Provide ad-hoc support to existing finance team roles, leveraging expertise and knowledge to drive business results.
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects, identifying areas for optimization and implementing process enhancements.
* Collaborate with external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes and effective communication.
Candidate Profile
* Possess a third-level accounting qualification, such as a degree or professional certification.
* Demonstrate excellent planning and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
* Hold advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
* Exhibit excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
* Display the ability to work effectively within a team, fostering collaboration and driving shared goals.
The salary for this role is competitive and based on experience, ranging from €25,000 to €35,000. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, pension, and additional perks, following a successful probation period.
