Job Description
The Marketing Executive will join our dynamic marketing team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a well-loved Irish brand by ensuring consistent and impactful communication across all in-store touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Shopper Marketing Manager to develop and implement in-store communications, including POS materials, print communications, and store signage.
* Advocate for the customer in all aspects of in-store communication, ensuring messaging is clear, impactful, and easy for store teams to implement.
* Support in-store campaigns, from concept through to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
* Lead store visits nationwide to support refit teams and stay connected with the evolving needs of the stores.
* Participate in developing digital in-store solutions, including digital POS and digital signage options.
* Foster strong relationships with commercial, operations, and in-store teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Manage agency relationships and assist with the delivery of print, design, and experiential marketing materials.
* Support with budget management, PO creation, supplier quotations, and maintaining cost control within agreed budgets.
* Assist with any in-store activations and events.
Experience & Qualifications
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a large retailer or FMCG brand.
* Strong understanding of in-store POS formats (offer signs, FSDUs, in-store navigation, etc.) and store branding (both internal and external signage).
* Proven ability to deliver creative, impactful in-store campaigns for national brands.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
* Experience working with creative agencies and briefing print.
* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
* Brand management experience is a plus.
