Job Opportunity
A high-level, diverse PA/Office Manager role is available at a renowned communications company in Milltown. This full-time permanent position offers a salary range of circa €50k-€55k and hybrid work arrangements (four days on-site).
The Opportunity
* Ensure the smooth running of all administrative functions.
* Be the first point of contact for all enquiries (telephone, reception, email).
Responsibilities include day-to-day management and general maintenance of the office, including:
* Managing repair requests.
* Managing relationships with third-party suppliers (security, IT, telephones, couriers, handymen, caterers, landlord, and taxis).
Primary responsibilities also include:
* Development and implementation of the Company's Health & Safety Policy.
* Compliance with ISO standards, attending monthly and quarterly audit meetings, ensuring all records are updated, drafting reports for sign-off by management, and carrying out actions necessary to ensure compliance.
Additional duties include:
* Monitoring and updating the internal Annual leave Who's Off system.
* Organizing office lunches, Christmas party, away days, and annual trips abroad for the team.
Personal Assistant duties include:
* Providing comprehensive, confidential senior-level support to the two Directors.
* Extensive diary management and travel arrangements, including overseas travel (hotels, flights, transport, etc.).
* Client coordination and correspondence.
* Project Support for consultancy teams, including coordinating face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients and prospective clients, as well as research interviews for project teams.
Sourcing and contracting meeting venues for workshops and managing associated logistics.
Production of workshop/interview notes.
The Person
We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of office management and/or senior PA experience.
