Role Overview: As a Monitoring / Customer Success Specialist, youll be the voice and action behind SMART FLOWs commitment to sustainability and client success. Youll actively monitor our advanced SMART FLOW devices deployed internationally, responding to alerts and delivering tailored solutions to our clients. Your work will not only protect valuable client assets but also contribute to a world where water is respected and preserved. Youll guide clients from onboarding through ongoing support, forging partnerships rooted in trust, excellence, and impact. Key Responsibilities: Real-Time Monitoring: Stay connected with every SMART FLOW device around the globe, ensuring they perform flawlessly and alerting clients before problems escalate. Your proactive monitoring will make an immediate impact, saving both water and resources. Alert Resolution: When water issues arise, youre the first line of defenseoffering prompt, clear, and actionable insights that address the core of the issue and protect clients assets. Bespoke Solutions: Every client is unique, and so is every solution. Youll craft responses that meet each clients specific needs, helping them operate more sustainably and efficiently. Client Onboarding: Set clients up for success by guiding them through every step of the SMART FLOW experience, from installation to everyday use. Your personal touch will give them confidence and peace of mind. Building Lasting Relationships: Your role isnt just about monitoring; its about building trust. By maintaining a direct line of communication, youll be an invaluable partner to clients, helping them see the full impact of our technology on their operations and the planet. Requirements: Experience: Background in monitoring systems (e.g., for security or emergency response) or customer success in a sales-focused environment. Skills: Excellent communicator, solution-oriented problem solver, and highly attentive to detail. Technical Savvy: Familiar with monitoring systems and comfortable navigating advanced software. Team Reporting & Collaboration: Strong ability to work as part of a team and report on weekly activities, while also excelling independently with a proactive approach. Process Adherence and Innovation: Able to follow clear processes and procedures while continuously identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance customer engagement.
