Key Responsibilities:
Inbound and
Outbound Lead Generation:
Efficiently handle inbound inquiries and proactively generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach.
Lead Nurturing:
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by nurturing relationships with prospective clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
Relationship Building:
Establish trust with clients, positioning Bibby Financial Services as a trusted partner in their business success.
Collaboration:
Work seamlessly with field sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead handover and execution of sales strategies.
Needs Analysis:
Understand customers' business needs, identifying opportunities to deliver value through our products.
CRM Management:
Maintain up-to-date customer data in our CRM system to support reporting and analysis.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 1+ years in a high-volume outbound calling environment (e.g., B2B contact centers, marketing services sales or similar) with a proven track record in customer service.
Passion & Enthusiasm:
A positive attitude with a strong passion for learning and driving customer success.
Self-Drive & Motivation:
A results-oriented approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
CRM Experience:
Experience with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus.
