The Director, HR Services & Operations will lead the strategy, compliance, and execution of HR service delivery across the company. The role will ensure HR processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs while driving continuous improvements. In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders to enhance HR service delivery. This role will be responsible for developing key metrics to measure the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall impact of HR operations on the employee experience.
Main responsibilities:
* Execute the strategic roadmap for HR operations to enhance efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
* Oversee global HR service delivery, ensuring alignment with regional regulations and best practices.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Services team, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented across all locations.
* Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and Legal teams to improve operational effectiveness and compliance.
* Drive process standardization in HR service delivery to improve the employee experience.
* Oversee compliance with global employment laws and internal HR policies.
* Manage HR service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Lead global mobility, immigration, and relocation programs, ensuring smooth execution for employees.
* Lead change management efforts related to HR operational transformations.
* Develop reporting mechanisms to track case resolution times, policy adherence, and employee satisfaction with HR services.
* Use data-driven insights to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and enhance employee support.
We're looking for someone with:
* 10+ years of progressive HR roles, including leadership positions.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
* Advanced knowledge of global HR compliance, employment laws, best practices, and industry standards globally.
* Proven track record of implementing and scaling people processes, operations, and systems.
* Proficiency with HRIS systems, Workday preferred.
* Experience managing vendor partners.
* Prior experience leading global HR transformation initiatives.
* Strong ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Finance teams.
* Experience managing global mobility, immigration, and relocation processes.
* Strong background in HR policy development and implementation.
* Change management experience in HR operational improvements.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a process-driven approach.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
