Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership: Oversee spa operations in the absence of the Spa Manager and support the team to deliver 5-star service. Assist the Spa Manager in always ensuring seamless service delivery and the smooth running of the facility.
2. Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of talented spa professionals. Take charge of training new team members and delivering ongoing development. You’ll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
3. Sales & Targets: Drive retail sales, treatment bookings, and spa revenue to meet and exceed targets.
4. Reception Desk: Oversee the smooth running of the reception area, ensuring all bookings, enquiries, and guest needs are handled efficiently and professionally. Manage front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
5. Guest Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys a luxury, 5-star spa experience from start to finish. Lead by example in delivering treatments and managing guest interactions, making sure they leave feeling rejuvenated and valued.
6. Operational Support: Help with rostering, inventory management, and health & safety compliance. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the spa.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. 5+ years in a spa environment, or similar, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
2. CIBTAC/CIDESCO/ITEC qualification in facial and body treatments.
3. Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
4. Experience in delivering 5-star service and managing a busy reception desk.
5. ESPA training is a plus but not essential.
6. Proficiency in Journey Software is an advantage but not essential.
7. Available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
