The PositionAs a Senior Administrative Assistant at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for the following tsks:Provision of administrative support to CVP Site Athlone and Head of Site Quality.Provide routine calendar management including scheduling meetings with internal and external personnel for both CVP and Head of Site Quality.Provision of administrative support for travel arrangements and management of submitting monthly expenses for CVP and Head of site Quality.Support SLT with weekly meetings, off site events, agenda's for internal meetings and ad hoc administrative requests.
QualificationsWe are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:Educated to Certificate or a Degree level would be desirable2 -3 years of administrative experienceKnowledge of managing a calendar of the executiveGood communication and writing skillsGood decision-making abilityCompetent in the use of electronic systems for own role and groupGood presentation skillsAbout the DepartmentLocated in Athlone, Ireland, the ET SDF IR department is a vibrant and collaborative environment.
