Responsibilities:
* Establish and manage Change Networks within the operational business and functions of our client's organisation.
* Conduct thorough analysis of current processes, with the support of a Business Analyst, to identify areas for improvement.
* Communicate with stakeholders to ensure their buy-in and support for the change initiatives.
* Collect change management data from the operational business and functions, monitoring success through temperature checks.
* Support and deliver against the change management framework, using standardised templates such as Change Impact Assessments, Business Readiness Assessments, and Stakeholder mapping.
* Understand the business context of change delivery and recommend change management strategies and interventions.
* Facilitate change in Projects, working closely with Project Managers to recognise dependencies between the business and IT.
* Ensure the organisation's readiness to receive change and provide guidance on implementation timelines.
* Monitor and evaluate the impact of changes on the organisation.
* Identify and address any resistance to change, developing strategies to overcome it.
* Keep stakeholders informed of progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
