Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or a marketing role.
* Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
* Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics, ability to manage digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance and brand marketing.
* Ability to build narratives and utilise storytelling as a client engagement strategy, while demonstrating thought leadership within the digital marketing space.
* Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context to overachieve quotas to drive growth while strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques.
* Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, while developing action plans though tactical thinking.

Responsibilities
* Deliver against quarterly business and product growth targets, while driving customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
* Own a portfolio of large complex businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying constant opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
* Pitch and consult with customers to support marketing discussions and budgets, alongside developing and maintaining a robust pipeline that helps you manage your business and maximize impact.
* Partner with fellow team members and cross-functional partners to drive business opportunities that build long-term growth.
* Execute stakeholder management plans internally and externally, establishing and maintaining relationships with end customers.
