Content Moderator - Albanian

Main Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve reported issues via ticketing system, including requests for account support or potentially abusive content.
* Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
* Stay knowledgeable about client's products and community standards.
* Use market insights to find scalable solutions to improve community support.
* Collect, analyze, and utilize relevant data to enhance user experience.
* Recognize trends and patterns and escalate policy breaches to the global team.
* Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Skills & Competences:
* Strong personal resilience with ability to work in pressured and fast-paced environment.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with high empathy.
* High adaptability and positive approach to challenges.
* Ability to make decisions, prioritize, solve problems, and work as part of a team.
* Effective time management and prioritization skills.
* Consistently meet KPIs on time.
Language Skills:
* Fluency (C1-C2) in Albanian, with deep understanding of culture and social trends in the region.
* Proficiency in English (B2-C2).
Contract Details:
* Full-time, permanent contract with Covalen.
* Evening shift: 25% salary uplift for late hours from 10pm to 2am.
* Evening shift: €12 per day (before tax) travel allowance.

Working Hours:

* Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G for minimum 12 months or renewable).
