What you'll do
You will drive Stripe's future growth engine by building relationships with prospective clients and turning them into happy Stripe users.
Responsibilities
* Get emerging startups & small and medium businesses on Stripe
* Build and manage a sales pipeline
* Own the full sales cycle from lead to close to onboarding and activation for startups and small/medium businesses
* You need to generate your own leads through cold calling, blitzing, research, networking, and driving your territory
* You will also manage leads qualified by our inbound and outbound sales development representatives
* Make every potential Stripe user happy with every interaction, regardless of deal size
* Identify and understand users' pain points to propose Stripe solutions
* Make sure that internal teams are set up for users' success by coordinating with other Stripe teams

Minimum requirements
* One full year experience in solution sales field with deals closed and onboarded successfully
* Experience in sales with Startup users and/or Small and Medium businesses as well engagement in Startup community
* Ability to understand the Stripe API and build great relationships with highly technical customers
* Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
* Fluency in French and English
* Open to travel and attend Events
