We are seeking to hire an Application Support Analyst on behalf of our client, a global healthcare services firm. You will be responsible for providing Level 1 & 2 support services for my client's service offerings and products.
Duties:
1. Handling all customer enquiries and complaints via inbound and outbound calls
2. Provide first-line support on a rotational basis
3. Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues/problems concerning deployed products
4. Utilising ticketing systems
5. Reporting to the Application Support Lead regarding support efficiency and issues affecting the utilisation of the client's software
6. Understanding Soteria as a product to optimise customer support
7. Maintaining Compliance with business processes and policies
8. Supporting the implementation of Soteria at client sites
9. Developing strong knowledge of used Software applications including configuration, mapping and new releases
Requirements:
10. Professional experience in software deployment and implementation, ideally within the healthcare domain
11. Experience in product or service support to customers
12. Experience with Jira or similar software is a distinct advantage
13. Experience with Freshdesk and Word/Excel
