What's Vero nextGEN? Launched in 2020, Vero nextGEN is a bi-annual internship and training program for young marketers and creatives in Southeast Asia.
The program, based on the "career kickstart" model, gives the next generation of communication consultants unique access to mentorship, training, hands-on experiences, and networking.
Vero Next Gen places a strong emphasis on providing a hands-on experience: participants will be able to attend all client, media, and influencer conversations, both internal and external, giving them a glimpse of the agency life.
The Vero nextGEN program is designed to be selective, with only the most promising profiles being shortlisted.

Excellent interpersonal skillsCurious, ambitious and drivenCapacity to work with diverse backgroundsA minimum of 3 years of education in relevant fieldProficiency in Vietnamese and EnglishPassion for communications and digital technologyBe able to join a full-time internship in 6 monthsAbout the role Assist in the creation of ideas for various communication plans, from campaigns to one-shots, including ATL, BTL, or Digital, by brainstorming, collaborating with team members, and working closely with the line manager.Participate in and follow up on campaign execution activities, including in-office or on-set tasks, working closely with PICs to ensure ideas are executed.Propose, create, and develop content pieces for writing tasks as required, in a variety of voices and for different media mediums, online (Meta, TikTok, websites, PR, e-commerce materials, event script, etc.)
and offline (print ads, POSM, merchandising, packages, etc.)
