I am delighted to be recruiting for a sought after client on the outskirts of Cork City Centre. I am recruiting for a permanent team administrator based in Blarney.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm.
Fully onsite during training/probation period with opportunity for Hybrid working after passing probation.
What will your day look like?
1. Purchasing parts for engineers and customers
2. Dealing with parts queries
3. Liaising with suppliers for parts, warranty queries, and returns
4. Ongoing data inputting and updating on internal systems
5. Report writing on part specific statistics
6. Invoice processing on behalf of engineers and customers
7. Issuing quotations for clients and suppliers
8. Setting up new part codes and upkeeping internal systems records
9. Maintaining stock levels on a daily basis
What do you need?
1. A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
2. Previous experience dealing with customers over the phone
3. Experience of product order and invoicing customers an advantage
4. High level of computer literacy specifically with Microsoft Office
