Job Description:
A usability researcher plays a crucial role in analyzing market conditions to determine potential sales of a product or service. This involves gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.
Main Responsibilities:
* Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
* Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other experts.
* Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires.
* Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and marketing strategies.
* Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
