With your guidance, we'll continue to achieve quality results and push the boundaries of innovation in our industry.Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations: Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.Develop and manage project schedules to support the strategic direction of the organization.Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.Manage change requests and communication around the requests.Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing.Manage program and multiple project teams for optimal return-on-investment, ensuring all program goals are met.Conduct project team meetings.Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.Present program status as required to different organization levels.Work with key stakeholders to identify, analyze and assess program risks.

Work with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.Work with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions.Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.Basic RequirementsThe candidate should have a bachelor college degree.
The candidate should have 5+ years of Program Management experience and 2+ years of People Management experience.
Experience in using both traditional Waterfall and Agile Project Management methodologies.Additional Qualified Skills:Experience with launching end-to-end Software programs.Able to work on complex issues and develop resolutions where deep analytical skills and creativity is requiredProficient in Google Applications – Google sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive etc.
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and MS-ProjectPMP certification, Certified SCRUM master and/or other project management certification is preferredProven competencies in using various Agile competencies in managing projectsAble to work with different levels from team members to Senior Leaders within the organizationStrong command of change management issues and methodologiesProven leadership ability with high energy and enthusiasm to inspire and motivate othersHands-on, results-oriented and attention to detailAbility to effectively manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.Ability to complete projects with minimal supervisionAbility to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as more general management and team-player skillsVery strong team player.
Should possess the ability to foster teamwork and a positive working environment to the project team in light of changes and challenges.
