Senior Sales/Business Development Manager | Global

Overview
Lead all aspects of sales planning, co-ordination, and implementation for Ireland, UK & Europe.

Responsibilities
* Perform day-to-day sales activity including lead generation, face-to-face meetings, customer visits, trade shows, and national/international sales trips.
* Meet with customers to understand their projects and requirements.
* Maintain an up-to-date database on clients.
* Work across functions to quote and present solutions and services.
* Manage end-to-end sales process and relationships.
* Develop and deliver incremental revenue and identify potential sales opportunities.
* Identify key competitors and perform regular competitor analysis.
* Provide monthly sales reporting.
* Apply commercial and effective yield management for all business sources.

Requirements
* University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance &/or Marketing.
* 15+ years' experience in closing deals in Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Renewables &/or Advanced Technology markets.
* Experience bidding on multi-million Euro deals and presenting solutions and business cases.
* Established relationships and network in the industry with a solid reputation of delivering for customers.

Travel Requirements
Valid EU Passport and ability to travel up to 15% of the time required.
