About the Role We are seeking a Communications Manager to develop and implement strategies that support the growth and visibility of the organisation.
You will play a vital role in inspiring supporters, engaging the community, and advocating for the mission of empowering women and children impacted by domestic violence.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership Develop and execute fundraising and communication strategies to align with organisational goals.
Collaborate across teams and represent the organisation at external events.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights.
Communications Raise awareness through innovative social media strategies and digital campaigns.
Craft impactful advocacy and PR materials to support fundraising and community outreach.
Manage the organisations website, newsletter, and podcast initiatives.
Engage policymakers, public representatives, and influencers to amplify key messages.
Fundraising Initiatives Drive annual fundraising campaigns.
Build relationships with community, corporate, and philanthropic partners.
Create compelling grant applications and project proposals.
Ideal Candidate Profile A relevant third-level qualification (e.g., marketing, public relations, or business development).
At least 2 years of experience in communications, fundraising, or a related role.
Strong digital marketing and CRM skills.
A self-motivated team player with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
A deep commitment to social change and gender equality.
