On behalf of a Commercial Finance Alternative Lender in Dublin, we are looking to hire an Assistant Portfolio Manager.
Role Duties Include:
* Maintain and develop customer relationships, carry out continuous monitoring, management and organising of our customer files.
* Management of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
* Assist the COO in the day to day running of the business – this element of the role is fund performance focused with an emphasis on forecasting, controls and risk management.
* To assist Lenders with the drawdown process.
Requirements:
* Good understanding of Microsoft Excel with an interest in developing Excel skills.
* Broad understanding of debt advisory, security-based lending and cashflows.
* Interest and understanding of the Property industry.
