Exciting Payroll Specialist hybrid role opened in Cork.
Responsibilities:
You will be part of the Payroll and HR Team, reporting to the Financial Controller:
Payroll:
1. Managing end-to-end Payroll for 170 employees weekly.
2. Address payroll queries and provide support to employees regarding payroll issues, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
3. Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
4. Participate in payroll audits and resolve any discrepancies.
5. Engage in ad hoc finance projects when needed.
HR:
1. Supporting with HR administration.
2. Managing pension inquiries of employees.
3. Supporting with the recruitment process for the company.
Experience:
1. 3-5 years of experience working in Payroll.
2. Irish Payroll experience.
3. Experience in a fast-paced environment.
