Chef De Partie required for The Amber Springs Hotel and Spa Resort.

The successful candidate will have the ability to operate across multiple food outlets in a very busy hotel. Experience working in a pizza restaurant would be a distinct advantage. You will have excellent communication skills and thrive in a busy environment.

You will be required to plan, organise, and assist the preparation and cooking of food ensuring that the company’s reputation for food quality is enhanced with the hotel's growing customer base. You will also be responsible for compliance with Health, Safety, Food Hygiene, and HACCP regulations.
