Job Description
CubeMatch is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in procurement and contracts to join our team. This position will focus on supporting the Digital Operational Resilience (DORA) program, aimed at enhancing our operational resilience in the digital domain.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the product owner and take the lead in finance-related changes, ensuring that all requirements of relevant stakeholders are acknowledged in the analysis and proposed solution designs.
2. Design and develop new IT solutions that are future-proof and easy to maintain, collaborating closely with other team members.
3. Manage the full process of change, from impact analysis and requirements gathering to solution design, coordination with architects, user story creation, testing, release, and aftercare.
4. Analyze finance business issues to provide complete solutions for requested changes.
5. Provide stakeholders with design alternatives and their impact to facilitate decision-making.
6. Deliver solutions using an iterative and incremental agile approach, refining the roadmap and adjusting requirements and designs based on measurable experiences and feedback.
7. Write user stories for engineers and establish acceptance criteria based on requirements and use case scenarios.
8. Support the verification and validation of solutions by testing change deliverables and guiding users/clients in their acceptance.
9. Translate solution design into training materials and work instructions for end-users.
Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
1. Proven track record of business analysis within the banking industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial services and related processes.
2. Extensive experience in procurement and contracts processes, including analysis, negotiation, and management of vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
3. Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to achieve desired outcomes.
4. Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) risk management, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with digital operations and technology systems.
5. Mid-level business analysis experience (5-7 years), with a focus on supporting programs related to Digital Operational Resilience (DORA), showcasing the ability to gather and analyze requirements, facilitate stakeholder communication, and drive solutions aligned with project objectives.
