PE Global are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our medical device client based in Galway. This is an initial 9-month contract role with hybrid working options.
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead full cycle recruiting activities for the three Ireland sites and support portions of strategic talent acquisition projects, processes, and programs to achieve business needs.
2. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage and convert prospects over the short, medium, and long term through nurturing and building relationships.
3. Phone screen prospective employees prior to sharing with the manager to ensure suitability for the role.
4. Identify relevant data, insights, and trends for various business cases, including competitor landscape analysis, and develop metrics to gauge success.
5. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create attractive offers to secure top talent.
6. Ensure a positive candidate experience and provide regular communication to hiring managers on open positions and active candidates.
7. Be a team player with a growth mindset and a desire to share expertise with/learn from fellow team and wider colleagues.
8. Develop strong, professional trusting relationships with our business partners.
Education & Experience
1. Qualified to degree level in a relevant field; a science or engineering background would also be useful for this role.
2. A minimum of 3 years of relevant recruiting experience, including experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.
3. Ability to work in a team environment and also work using your own initiative.
