Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records and input data into warehouse systems.
* Coordinate with warehouse staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Process incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
* Handle administrative tasks such as filing, report preparation, and email correspondence.
* Assist in tracking inventory levels, resolving discrepancies, and generating stock reports.
* Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and customers to manage delivery schedules and resolve queries.
* Support health and safety compliance by maintaining relevant records and documentation.
About You:
We're looking for a dedicated and organised professional with the following skills and attributes:
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment.
* Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively.
