The Management Accountant Opportunity: This hands-on role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of management accounts, financial analysis, and compliance reporting for our group of companies.
You will work within a complex finance function, supporting senior management with financial insights and decision-making while helping to train and develop junior finance team members.
This role presents a fantastic opportunity to gain international exposure, enhance technical expertise, and influence key business decisions in a fast-growing company.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will cover 4 key aspects: + Management Accounting & Financial Reporting + Tax & Compliance Reporting + Inventory & Treasury Management + Financial Controls & Process Improvement About You: + Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) with 2+ years of post-qualification experience + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights + Proficiency in ERP systems + High-level proficiency in Excel and financial modelling + Experience with group/consolidated accounts and working in complex finance functions + Strong understanding of cost structures, pricing strategies, and financial planning + Ability to assist senior financial leadership assess the financial impact of commercial decisions and support senior leadership with data-driven insights + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to collaborate effectively with finance and non-finance teams + Confidence in liaising with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions + Experience mentoring and supporting junior finance professionals + Commitment to fostering a learning culture within the finance team + Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and enhance team efficiencies Desirable: + Experience working in an international business environment is an advantage + Experience with SAP Business One is an advantage but not required What's on Offer: + We have a hybrid working policy, so we allow some remote working.
