* Overseeing the evaluation, design, and planning phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Managing the construction and commissioning phases, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
* Managing the contractual and commercial aspects of the project.
* Providing leadership, mentorship, and oversight to the project team; fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
* Preparing and presenting project reports and documentation to clients and senior management.
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across project processes.
* Offering technical guidance to junior engineers and staff, enhancing team competence and project outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
* A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the consulting or energy sectors.
* Proven track record of successfully managing engineering consulting projects from start to finish.
* Strong knowledge of energy industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
* Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
