The role
As an AllSaints Stylist, you serve as the key link between our products and customers.
Your main responsibilities include styling and influencing customers on the shop floor, with opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, store operations, and personal shopping. You will also support online customer inquiries via our customer service system, spending the rest of your time assisting in-store customers.
You will collaborate closely with management, supporting the store to meet targets, sell collections, and maintain an attractive store environment.
Training and product knowledge will be provided, and you will have opportunities for career progression within AllSaints.
What will I be doing?
1. Spending most of your time on the shop floor, engaging in styling and customer service.
2. Styling customers with the latest collections, sharing product knowledge, and delivering an exceptional brand experience.
3. Maintaining store aesthetics, ensuring product availability, and upholding floor standards.
4. Managing stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders, utilizing digital tools for a positive customer journey.
5. Responding to online customer queries via email, chat, and calls, resolving issues to retain loyalty.
6. Empowering to make service decisions that foster trust and loyalty.
7. Putting the customer at the center of all activities, working collaboratively as part of the AllSaints team.
8. Greeting customers and tailoring your approach to their needs.
9. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of staff areas.
10. Supporting peers and seeking feedback for personal growth.
11. Spending 30-50% of your time on online customer service, sometimes from home.
12. Partnering with customer experience leaders for coaching and escalation of complex queries.
What skills do I need?
1. Friendly, attentive, with excellent interpersonal skills for in-store and online interactions.
2. Knowledge of the AllSaints brand, style, and values.
3. Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and ability to engage customers and colleagues.
4. Good problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure with empathy.
5. Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital tools and online customer service systems.
6. Awareness of brand campaigns, lookbooks, and product launches.
7. Attention to detail.
8. A passion for fashion and a strong belief in the power of style.
About the location
Our Arnotts concession in Dublin has been operating since 2011, typically trading from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, subject to seasonal adjustments. The store is a historic landmark, easily accessible from Dublin Grafton Street, and offers a collaborative, diverse team environment.
