We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager with a high level of leadership experience to support the Store Manager in leading the team members in our busy flagship branch at Dunnes Stores, Cornelscourt S.C., Dublin 18. This role will cover 40 hours per week, with shifts across Monday to Friday and occasional weekends. The ideal candidate must be flexible to cover all opening hours of the store, taking into account opening hours from 8 am to 10 pm.
The Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in motivating and inspiring the store team to provide excellent customer experiences. They need to have excellent planning and organisational skills and be ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved. The role calls for a proactive and resilient attitude, someone who is prepared to fully engage and lead by example in navigating obstacles and enhancing store performance.
This role is located within a concession of a fast-paced supermarket environment. Candidates must be comfortable building relationships with customers, fellow Nourish teammates, and Dunnes staff members.

* Has previous leadership experience and a minimum of 1-year retail experience.
