Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors on site and ensuring the successful delivery of maintenance works across the National Road Network.
Responsibilities
* Site setting out and supervision of teams.
* Plan and coordinate direct labour and subcontractors.
* Develop project proposals and compile budget costs.
* Maintain strong relationships with Local Authorities, TII Representatives, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with standards, produce and maintain documentation, and manage traffic management.
* Monitor and report subcontractor performance and quality.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or related field.
* Experience in civil works or road maintenance.
* Familiarity with TII standards.
* Solid knowledge of Health & Safety policies.
* Ability to adapt to various tasks and travel requirements.
* Proficiency in IT tools.
* Full driving license.
