We are hiring for our client, a well-established and award-winning insurance brokerage, seeking a Client Manager - Corporate to join their growing team.

The Role:
As a Client Manager - Corporate, you will:
1. Proactively manage client and insurer relationships.
2. Negotiate, place, and report to clients at renewal, mid-term, and new business stages.
3. Ensure the adequacy and appropriateness of cover for clients.
4. Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulations.
5. Provide high-quality policy documentation in line with FCA requirements.
6. Respond to client queries efficiently, including changes in cover and risk.
7. Support Client Account Executives and Directors in delivering exceptional client service.
8. Identify sales opportunities, including up-selling and cross-selling.
9. Attend client meetings where required.
The Person:
A minimum of 2 years of corporate/commercial insurance broking experience.
Strong technical knowledge across various insurance products.
A client-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
Highly organised with strong administrative and IT skills (Acturis experience desirable).
A proactive attitude, resilience, and high attention to detail.
Working towards or holding Cert CII (desirable).
